Renter's Insurance Requirements

We require all residents to maintain renter’s insurance. Minimum requirements: $100,000 liability coverage. The policy must name Sandstone at Bear Creek as “Interested Party.” Please provide your renter’s insurance policy at time of move-in or renewal.

After Hours Maintenance

We provide 24 Hour Maintenance. After hours and on weekends and holidays, please select the maintenance line when calling 817-267-1221 for a quick response. Online maintenance requests will be serviced the following business day.
